Our family cannot thank Spencer Funeral Home enough for the care and compassion they showed during such a difficult time. They were kind, patient , and attentive to every detail. They made such a difficult experience and little easier and we are so thankful. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of support.
I wasn't going to do this. Not a fan of putting negativity out there. But my experience with this funeral home was NOT good. The Worcester Chan Medical School is where my late mother ended up as an anatomical gift. When she passed away the doctors at NCH were not able to remove her rings so they left them on. The contact at the medical school said they were giving them to the person who dropped her off from Spencer because they knew I lived north of Boston so my retrieving them would be easier if I picked them up at Spencer.... read more
