We have been members of this YMCA since it opened 8 years ago, and despite a 10% increase in our monthly membership fees earlier this year, the service and the condition of the facility and equipment continues to go downhill. The front desk staff are primarily young people who can’t even be bothered to look up from their phones when members are coming and going.
