Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Hygienist did a great job and dentist was thorough.
Confusion over insurance. Office didn’t have a record of payment for a recent visit. EOB verified payment. Office said insurance was paused. No, it’s valid. Not sure how they will rectify.
I had a very comfortable dental cleaning & exam today. I have no complaints.
