The best experience I've ever had with a dentist office!! They fit me in for a last minute Saturday appointment even as a new patient. They were kind the entire time and explained everything to me. There was a big focus on my comfortability the entire time. Dr. McNerney and the entire staff was fantastic!! I'm already a loyal client for life and have told all my friends.
They told us they worked with our insurance. We paid the copays and now we are getting billed as if we did not have insurance.
I had an absolutely terrible experience speaking with Leslie. She seriously needs to learn the most basic phone etiquette and professionalism. If part of her job is to drive potential customers away, then she is doing an excellent job at it. Her attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
