Horrible. I have had my kids appointment cancelled 3 times in a row. I keep taking time off work and then I can’t get them in for another month. Then they cancel the day before or even a few hours before. This is all for a teeth cleaning. Worst place ever.
If your child needs braces: DONT TAKE THEM TO SPENCER DENTAL. Most unscrupulous location ever. DEANNA, the white lady who works at admissions for orthodontics was an absolute horrible person. Deplorable Customer Service. No compassion. No understanding, . It was a wretched experience that had me crying in the car; pacing in front of the building, angrily.
