Absolutely horrible a name change doesn’t fix the problems here….it needs to be shut down as well as another lawsuit…My daughter waited over a year after spencer cancelled multiple appointment for being under staffed and not having a hygienist to extract 2 teeth when she finally got in , my mom was able to take her for me and thank god my mom took her that day because she was the doctors assistant for the procedure since they didn’t have enough staff !!!! Wow that’s completely illegal!!!! Don’t take your child there!!!!!

There's no way to give a negative if there was I would. Don't go there or take your kids. I took my kids for the first time ever there for cleanings. They did that and insisted forcefully they had to do caps right then in their first visit.. Then scedualed their next visit and cancelled on me what was said to be unforseen reasons. So I called they make a new appointment 3 months later. Mind you my kids have been waiting 3 months already for the last one with major pains from teeth needing worked on.. Noone ever answers the phone nor returns voice-mails. Literally have called over 100x with MULTIPLE voice-mails and nothing. They also cancel appointments ONE day before the said appointment. I've also personally seen them actually cancel on people who have been WAITING IN THE LOBBY. Wait times are terrible and the work, is not good. Had a root canal, it came apart after 4 days. That was October. I've yet to get a return phone call nor get anyone to answer. I would NOT recommend this place unless you are DESPERATE.
