This company blocked both entrances into my neighborhood. They've torn up several streets in my neighborhood and made it hard to drive thru. The workers were rude when asked about the inconvenience so I'm going to contact the mayor and my councilman. They should never get anymore contracts in my town.
The City of Arnold hired Spencer to fix our street of Maxville Ln. We are one of the first houses on the street, we had SEVERAL vehicles turn around in our stamped concrete driveway leaving horrific marks. As an employee passed by I asked if there was anything I could put on there to fix it and the guy “guaranteed” me that someone would come by to fix it and if they didn’t he swore he would fix it himself. Disrespectful employees. Very unfriendly. Wouldn't hire this company based on how their employees interact with people.
Company was hired to redo our street. While the quality of work looks ok they start with loud equipment before legal time. Two mornings in a row one employee parked in front of my house blasting music so loud it pulled me from sleep. I went outside and his music was do loud he couldn't even hear me yelling at him from 10 ft away with his windows down. I said something to the foreman.
