I cannot stress this enough. He is a vulture. If a client passes away, he will attempt to remove anything of value from the estate. Luckily, he's an idiot. Tried, unsuccessfully to "obtain" my mothers house. But he filed for the wrong address. He filed 3 separate evictions on me, stating he represented my mother, he lost all 3. He made my terminally ill, 86 year old mother, testify in court. We had to have a Kalamazoo Probate Court judge order him not to bring this case to court again, to get him to stop.
