awesome I love everybody there they work they treat my husband so nice.
Very welcoming, friendly and courteous staff front through back. I feel very safe and secure with Dr. Brown and his staff that whatever happens that they will always take care me.
Dr.Brown totally tramatized me. While I was laying on the table on my back, waiting he walked in and threw the sheet over my whole head. I was so startled and shocked. I started kicking and flaying my arms knocking over things. Since Im sure it said that I am clostrophic because it said so on the medical form. I should have walked out of that place. He hurt me so bad until I was almost in shock. Shaking with snooty nose and eyes flowing with fluids. The Nurse witness/granddaughter also.??
Everyone there was very professional and had excellent customer service skills. From the front office starting with please forgive me Im sorry I can't remember your name the lady that assisted me before Beverly returned. Beverly was my first point of contact from the beginning. She was very reassuring. Then I met the RN nurse Nila and handsome William they both made me feel so comfortable.Then Dr.Spencer Brown I want to thank you so much for taking good care of me thank you so much!!
