Spencer Auto Repair is probably the best place I've ever gone to get my car attended to. I used to go to the dealership until they messed my car up pretty bad and then would have charged me double what it cost at Spencer's to get something fixed. I couldn't be happier with them! They're great folks and I enjoy how they don't need to advertise. It's all word of mouth.
I took my 2011 Subaru here when the clutch went out. These guys did an amazing job with my new clutch, as well as the chronic Subaru problems of aging timing belt and head gasket weakness. My car sits in the sun and doesn't move 10 months of the year, which creates unique problems. They fixed it up and gave the hoses and seals some care, and I am so grateful for their honest assessment and professionalism. Spencer consistently comes through with high-quality service, reasonable prices, timeliness, and honesty. Every time I've brought any vehicle to them, they've been completely ethical and transparent, providing great communication (shout-out to John) and really top-notch work. They explain everything thoroughly, provide detailed documentation, and never overcharge or try to take advantage. I cannot recommend them more highly.
