Brian was the man I spoke with after our 2007 Caliber stopped running on our cross country road trip. I cannot express enough how his patience, knowledge & honesty made me certain they would not try to sell us anything we didnt need. He was suggested by the AAA driver when I told him we wanted towed to the Doug Smith dealership in American Fork, UT (who also made a good first impression on the phone) The AAA driver said that Spencers was closer to Park City where we were staying. this is one of the worst run dealerships I have ever seen. Yes, Spencer auto has been in the city for many years, but being a family owned business, you would think the son "David" would have the same good business sense his father did when he founded the place. I hope they learn the value of excellent customer service and what standing behind your product means.

We moved into the area recently and was pleased to find such a great place to do business. We went to the service department for regular service and couldnt have been treated better. Both owners of the store introduced themselves to us while were waiting for our car to be worked on. We will highly recommend this place for service and good customer care.
