I went for an alignment after replacing the inner tie rods last month and they told me my inner tie rods need to be replaced. Apparently the tech didn't realize the tie rods are new
Had a 7am appointment At 3:00 i new more about my vehicle because they did a full inspection I just wanted my AC fixed and I authorize the repair first thing in the morning at 4:30. They were evacuating the system and a little bit before five they called me after I already left and told me they were done. I just wish they would’ve focused on the tasks.
