Just got my brakes replaced, oil changed, and tires rebalanced at Spencer’s. I appreciated the courtesy inspection along with the recommendations they provided. It’s only been a day but my car runs much better, and for a fair price too. They even applied a promotion to my brake service without me mentioning it. Great experience all around. Being able to text to get rough estimate of pricing and scheduling made things so convenient and easy to fit getting our cars in quick. Everyone was beyond hospitable. The way they provide their diagnostics ensures you know you're not getting the run around. Spence Auto Repair is absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the staff made the whole process super easy and stress-free. The technician that worked on my vehicle. Didn't seem to know how to change a clutch. He broke a slave cylinder that's bolt then RTV'd the bolt back in place. As if to hide the damage. This caused a lot of issues with the transmission clutch engaging. I requested a radiator fluid flush which i'm pretty sure was not done.But I was charged. Ever since spencers took over this shop, it has really gone downhill.
They had my truck in the back and started my service before my appointment time. Everything was done quickly with no issues. The gentlemen up front were welcoming and made sure my requests were taken care of. Will be my go to shop for the foreseeable future.
