When you have trust and try to go to small businesses to help the community ( instead of chains) and they treat you with distrust and give you the same respect as big franchises. You lose that trust in your small business. Spencer's has worked a customer over for a bit over $4K. The most dishonest small business out there. They are in it for the money. What I love about Spencer Auto Repair is they're honest, have a warranty on repairs, and offer financing for larger repairs.
