We needed some help to figure out what was wrong with our Jupiter Defiant bike and Duane was AMAZING to help. He ordered the parts and had them shipped to Oshkosh so we could use the bike at Airventure!
Had a great experience flying the Red Bird simulator.
Went here for a transponder cert after another shop said I needed a new transponder. Didn't need a new transponder! Hit bad weather on my flight down. Rough turbulence and gusty conditions. The owner stayed late to help. Very highly recommended.

I bought two Travel Chairs (Joey Chairs) at the Oshkosh AirVenture a couple years ago. I like these chairs for their low weight and compactness. However within less than 10 uses, I have had 5 out of 8 feet break on the two chairs I bought. I called and asked for replacement feet and they are $30. I was told that they have the replacement feet as a separate item because they break so much.
