I actually discovered Spence Monument by just simply doing a google search. From the first meeting to discuss what I wanted the customer service was outstanding. All of my questions and concerns were answered with full clarity. Once the monument was completed it exceeded my expectations so I would definitely highly recommend Spence Monument if you find yourself in need of the service they provide.
My family is very pleased with the craftsmanship and customer service of my brother’s headstone. Installation was very easy and professional. My sister-in-law worked with Ryan remotely since she was out of state. He also accommodated her with attaching a veterans emblem sent to him by the VA.Definitely recommend.
I asked Spence Monument Company to carve a missing death date from an ancestral monument in the historic Sweetwater Memorial Chapel cemetery. I also asked for a cleaning of the old marble tombstone. All communications with the company were timely and clear. The work completed was beautiful and accurate. I appreciate their attention to detail.
