I received a traffic violation 6/5 and received a letter from Spence Law Office. I called and sent a text message (as advised on their message) 6/24, no response back. Sent another text 7/2 asking if they not would be able represent could they refer another lawyer...no response. Text again 7/16, their response was I'm in Scotland can I call you 7/18. I use the law firm of Spence law to defend me on some traffic citations, I did not know what to expect, but what I found was professionalism hard work and very easy to talk to when I had questions. I received an unsolicited letter from this law firm. They blindly send out solicitations to anyone that has a traffic violation, even if they don’t live at the address of the traffic violation. I explained to them that the person they solicited doesn’t live here they didn’t apologize and just said they solicited traffic violations.
