Very thorough and knowledgeable, has a great upbeat personality and calm demeanor
HORRIBLE medical receptionists/assistants! Barely answers phone and once they do, it'd be the rudest and most inconsiderate approach. Healthcare in Ontario is already awful and dealing with them makes it more sickening. If you're not happy with your job, do yourself a favor and quit!
