My fiancé and I came to Spence looking for wedding bands, and we were blown away by the whole experience! Having been to a few other jewelry stores beforehand we were a bit hesitant as we had dealt with really pushy salespeople and had felt very pressured in these other stores. I have had nothing but problems with the jewellery I bought at Spence Diamonds. First I got my engagement ring here and one week after having it the main large diamond fell out and thank god I saw it happen and caught it. It was repaired only to have two small diamonds fall out in the next few months. They were also repaired and more fell out. We asked that the ring be entirely rebuilt.
