I had a clasp on the necklace break. No questions asked it was replaced. Great service nice staff.
Shane attended to us today and was very helpful while we were looking at wedding bands. He was there to put all the ones we decided not to go with away and helped quote us the prices on the two we’ve narrowed it down to.
I have had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The open display cases take away a lot of the anxiety out of ring shopping. Everyone has been very helpful and has made our visits a great experience. Thank you specially to Shane for helping us look for a matching band for my engagement ring. I’ll be coming back soon to purchase a band from you guys!
