This place is great, large selection, had my previous purchases on file so I didn't double up on a purchase by mistake. Easy to do business here. Use to dislike their adds. But then they grew on me and now it's literally the only place I think about for diamonds lol. Well done!
Outstanding place for diamonds
Bought an engagement ring here. Was told they would refund the ring if there were problems. I took the ring back and attempted to get a refund but was told they do not do that. The offered to up sell me another piece at an inflated rate and give minimal amount for the ring I bought. I paid about 5000 for the ring and was offered 800. I understand the mark up on jewellery is criminal to say the least but they told me they work for the customer to give us a great deal.
