My wife and I have dined here several times and it has become a favorite for special dates and occasions. It is fine dining, yet affordable, not the least because of the BYOB policy (which we like). Food and options were excellent
Slightly embarrassed to say the last time we went to Spence was when they were in their old location across from Teca. What was that, a decade ago? The current location is beautifully decorated - very relaxing. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. I had the Hawaiian Tuna Special which was absolutely top tier. I’ve been to just every restaurant in West Chester. Many offer good food and solid service. —I can confidently say Spence Cafe is in a league of its own. The food is exceptional and easily worthy of Michelin-level recognition. Every detail, from presentation to flavor, stands out. I’ll be taking my family there for Mother’s Day this Saturday night, and it has quickly become my go-to spot for special occasions.
