This company has very poor customer service. We ordered very important switches and paid for two day shipping. After not receiving a shipment confirmation, my Husband called on Wednesday to make sure they had shipped. The lady assured him they shipped on Tuesday. Fast forward to Friday and we still haven’t received our switches. When I called I was transferred to Reid that said they never shipped because they are on back order until Sept 11th.
