The tow truck driver engaged my e-break then dragging it onto the tow truck and broke my rear breaks. He didnt even have the integrity to tell me about it. Then Speltz lied multiple times during the AAA investigation, and in the end they refused to cover the damages they caused. This is a very shady company. Don't trust them!
I took it to them to have a fuel line fixed. They put my car on a lift and broke the brake lines! We made it a mile and lost all brakes. I called them about it, took pictures, and BOB said,” we will tow it to the junk yard for you! But we won’t work on it. That’s not our problem!” And hung up. Do NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE!!!
