BUYER BEWARE! I bought a pontoon boat from Spellmans and within 5 mins. of putting it in the water the engine alarm went on. They WILL NOT pick it up to remedy the problem. They charged me a $400 delivery fee and they expect me to arrange someone else to take it back to them. So basically it will cost me another $400 to even get them to look at a boat I literally just bought! RecommendedToday I was in search of bearing assembly for a Evinrude 4 hp outboard motor. Being from Ontario Canada I had thought I had located the part but when I called it was no longer in stock and I was directed to contact Spellman’s Marina. My contact with the parts dept was friendly and within a few minutes the parts guy confirmed that the part I was looking for was in stock. I have nothing but good things to say about the guys at spellman. Rick, Eric, Sheryl, Missy. You guys have been so great. Everytime I have had questions about a boat, service issues you have always come thru. Couldn't be happier with the service. I will continue to do business here until my days of boating are over.
Never had a bad experience here! Everyone there is super helpful and wants to help with what they can to help you get back on the water! Was there today for an issue with our trailer lights, and within 10 minutes they had diagnosed the problem and helped fix it! And even better, they did it free of charge! Will never consider going to a place other than Spellmans!
