I missed the directory board somehow walking in. I guess because I was trying to find the message with the location on my phone. The layout is odd. The service I had the lady was very nice. I don't think any complaints I really have are her fault. I had a Groupon thank goodness. I'd never pay 75 for this. I couldn't tell any difference in my lower lashes. I went for a facial & lash lift/tint. Kelsey is very friendly, personable, knowledgeable & gentle! She has high quality products (bioelements) and superb equipment. My facial was personalized and geared towards my needs. She listened to my concerns and addressed every one. My lashes turned out so good! Not having to wear mascara is a huge time saver getting ready for work. Can’t wait to return!
