Very disappointed with this company. We were having some issue on 9/29/23. Called th3 number it is not a working number. Stopped by the office where they were in New Braunfels to find out out of business since April.they did not even notify their customers and we were suppose to have 10yrs warranty Now we are all screwed. We will be having a lawyer find the Speir Bother to recoup our money!!&
Another update I had Texas Solar guys come out to look at my system because of the issues with Spier. Found out Spier wired my system incorrectly and took tons of shortcuts causing every single micro-inverter to blow such as using only 2 wires instead of the three required by enphase. Con artists...stay away!!!!!!!
I hate writing reviews, but this company is horrible (-8) if I could give it. I purchased batteries from this company in September 2022. And still haven't received any installation of any kind or batteries from this company. Mr. Hamilton said it was due to parts then weather. Please stay away from this company.
I could not believe they went out of business. I came to the new Braunfels location and they not longer here, this means we have to deal with all the system issues in our own 🤦♀️
