SPEIR is no longer in business, and they never sent me the sales contract I signed. They left me with a debt and with non-warranted solar panels. They promised to warrant them. They not even sent me a notice that they were going out of business though at least notifying me which agency was supposed to take on to monitor my solar panels. They should be sued for their reckless approach on their products and standing on customers.
