I may not be the richest person in town or order my gas ahead of time (everytime) like others but I am a paying customer who calls when they have questions about their bills and expect an appropriate explanation NOT attitude. Seriously if I'm paying $500-$1000 everytime I fill my tank up...its ok to question what I'm spending my money on and it's OK if I don't understand the way the company works with how they deliver the gas or what the details or breakdown of my bill is.
