Tried to have a catch up over lunch (9 adults plus 3 kids) but only 6 of the adults got food ordered before they told us they weren't taking any more orders. So 3 adults had to sit around without eating while the rest of the group ate their food. 12:30pm 15/02/2026 - only 3 other tables were occupied, all already had food
Don’t bother. After being at the venue for an hour and a half, staff wandered up to us and rudely asked us to move our car mid meal so a local could get their trailer out. We just moved to the area and will be seeking a better local now.
Ordered take away fish and chips, 1 crumbed, 1 battered. Both fish were very nice.The salads were VERY nice, well presented and came with a nice dressing. There was tartare sauce, piece of lemon and tomato sauce provided with each meal. Overall, a nice easy meal. Price was reasonable.
Stayed here for work, the location is nice but the old lady in charge is a terrible women and the food is pretty awfull. The staff are great though, but do not make up for the rudeness of the person running the place and the amount they charge.
