Spectacular service! Never had a well/septic before so we have a bunch of equipment in the basement of the new house we had no idea what to do with. He came over and explained the whole softener/pH neutralizer system to me and how to operate and maintain it. Took the time to review all the information and even got me in earlier than scheduled for the next appointment to service the one component. Customer for life!!
This company is wonderful! Everyone I have interacted with has been genuine, very knowledgeable, and honest. Their prices are fair and they truly care about their customer. I just had a leak in a pipe and John came out to give a quote but seeing the issue, he decided to fix it right away, knowing that we were leaving for the weekend and it was urgent. I highly recommend this company!
