Great experience with my recent and previous watch purchases at Speer's! I have bought a number of different watches (Oris, Seiko, Accutron, and two Swiss Army) from them for different members of my family and could not be happier. The staff has a solid knowledge of the different lines and listens when I describe what I am looking for. Not sure where the other reviewers went, but it was certainly not the Speer's in Concord that I have been going to.
I will never go here again. I bought a ring there and the stone broke in two!!! Either they used a defective stone or just colored glass. When I went to see what they would do for me, they said too bad and wanted me to pay full price for another stone plus repair. What, so you could put in more glass???? Would never buy a diamond there...never know what you would get.
Bad.Bought a watch for anniversary gift,few months later it broke and they were nasty.Don't care $300. swiss army watch is not water resistent, even if it says it is on the back up to 100 meters. They are nice until you buy something. After that they want nothing to do with you. No customer service what so ever.
