I was in need of a potential custom built home for a home including the teardown and removal of the old one. It’s hard to find approachable builders to help you out in the beginning consideration stages, and Jeff was able to help getting a specific conservative quote. This company has done multiple homes to spec, without cutting corners, and balancing value vs. cost of build. Totally was happy with the service I received and I’d trust them for my big project!
