In October of 2023 I placed an order for a subscribe and save purchase of two items. Within hours of placing this order, it was canceled for no apparent reason by Emuaid (AKA Speer Laboratories). I couldn't get a straight answer from customer service why my order hadn't been fulfilled or what happened. Avoid Emuaid. The product didn't work for me - there are superior products. Shipping is almost three times what it needs to be and is not refunded. With packaging, less than 2 oz - they charged $7 - with package costs, their costs is less than $3.50. Contacted customer service for the return in less than 3 days of receipt. Despite me replying to their order email confirmation (with the order number and my address), they asked me for the same which I supplied.
