Worked with Patricia on a Living Will & Trust and a Special Needs Trust. We communicated via phone and she was easy to get a hold of. Scheduled our first appointment to review the details & pricing, then scheduled a follow up to complete the paperwork. Signing was simple and she was great at explaining everything. We received a perfectly organized binder with all the paperwork divided into sections, along with copies to provide to our accounts. Such a great service for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend her!
Please DO NOT use her services, she talks a big game in the beginning and makes you feel good to pay half of a deposit! After that excuses after excuses why this and that didn’t happen, you can’t ever get ahold of her and when you do she has nothing new to offer, almost lost my probate case because of the lack of interest from her, DO NOT use her
Horrible paid in full and did not even finish the service I paid her for. Unresponsive Patricia never answers the phone nor replies to messages. Most importantly it’s been two years later and she never finished the service I paid her for in FULL. Would not recommend at all.
Patricia clearly explained the process. She created my documents within just a few days. I am completely satisfied with my experience with Speer Document Services.
