Scheduling service is not working for me. I call in April and they are still sending out contracts then I call in mid-May and they are still sending out contracts. I ask to schedule my annual service and the response is that they are now scheduling service calls for July. I don't recall that I even made the schedule last year.
Chris did a terrific job. He explained everything and meticulously made sure the system was in good working order. I would like your company to know you are blessed with a valuable employee. Highly competent and professional.
I had Speer install a Generac whole house generator ~4 years ago. The service/maintenance experience has been terrible since. The last 2 times I called, the response was along the lines of "we'll get the tech to call you". No one called or followed up. I tried to schedule service at a time when I would be home, but the tech showed up randomly and "serviced" the generator.
