Chris from Speer Air came out at 11pm on a Friday night and had our heat back on by 2am — truly above and beyond. Reliable, responsive, and professional when it mattered most. My most recent experience was a service call for my generator. Their technician, Shane, couldn't be more polite, competent and professional. I want to thank Omar for the great repair service he supplied to us. One of our heating zones failed on a very cold morning. He arrived at the beginning of our appointment window that day and was able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly. After replacing the failed part, he worked with us on the price, which was appreciated. He was personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. If we need service in the future, I hope Speer sends Omar back to our house again.
