We had a serious issue with our air conditioner and called Speer Air for service. They gave us the personal number of a technician named Omar, who arrived in a truck marked with the Speer Air logo. After completing the repair, he said he only accepted a personal check. When we asked for a receipt, he told us it was in another truck and promised to bring it by in a few days — but he never came back. I used speer for my a/c unit. Omar came out diagnosed it for the main board $250. I called to get the day he was coming back and was told a day and time, I thought they would have called and checked that with me. I was not going to be home and had to reschedule Came back and replaced the board $400. Still not working. Now was told almost $5000 to fix and they could not guarantee it to work after that. Spoke to a manager (forgot his name) and he could not give a guarantee but said he would look into what a new unit would cost... read more

Chris and Sam the two service tech were very polite and informative as to what needed to be done with my unit. I have had my service contract with Speer Air for a number of years and always received Outstanding service.
