This is an very well deserved, but OVERDUE review. Speer Air was generous enough during the late summer/early fall to volunteer their expertise, services and manpower with the installation of a 2-ton Fujitsu Airstage in my raised ranch home thru the Military Makeover. We've done business with Speer for 14 years. They installed our central a/c and have been there for us every time we've called. This last call was for a routine maintenance call. We had a problem following the call and they responded same day to resolve it. Friendly and reliable.

I had Speer install a Generac whole house generator ~4 years ago. The service/maintenance experience has been terrible since. The last 2 times I called, the response was along the lines of "we'll get the tech to call you". No one called or followed up. I tried to schedule service at a time when I would be home, but the tech showed up randomly and "serviced" the generator.
