Chris from Speer Air came out at 11pm on a Friday night and had our heat back on by 2am — truly above and beyond. Reliable, responsive, and professional when it mattered most. Our seven parrots were very grateful for the late-night rescue and a warm house again! 🦜🔥 We can’t thank Speer Air enough. Exceptional service and peace of mind.
I want to thank Omar for the great repair service he supplied to us. One of our heating zones failed on a very cold morning. He arrived at the beginning of our appointment window that day and was able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly. After replacing the failed part, he worked with us on the price, which was appreciated. He was personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. If we need service in the future, I hope Speer sends Omar back to our house again.
I've been doing business with Speer Air for many years. They installed a central air conditioning system and a Generac generator at my home and I always found them a pleasure to do business with. My most recent experience was a service call for my generator. Their technician, Shane, couldn't be more polite, competent and professional. I would like to give a shout out to Jeff & Omar for doing a very professional job of repairing our boiler leak. We purchased our 2nd boiler system from Speer Air seven years ago. Had no heat on a Sunday afternoon, immediately texted our former salesperson, Kevin Blair. He responded he had retire, but sent my info and pictures over to Billy, the service manager. I believe they did everything in their power to get the right parts and fixed our situation as quickly as possible. Thank you Speer Air!
Omar came out today to fix my heating issue. He was very professional, polite and honest. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Always will recommend Speer and especially Omar!
