We highly recommend this company. Although our repair started off a bit messy with technician Omar Ayuob, once the owner got involved, everything was handled promptly and professionally. Thank you, Billy, for stepping in and resolving the issue so effectively — we truly appreciate your commitment to great customer service.
Omar and Sam arrived on a Sunday morning to address a problem that had not been completely resolved a few days earlier. The issue was remedied and we cannot thank them enough for their willingness to arrive on a Sunday. It is very apparent both techs take their work seriously. In addition, we appreciated their honesty and politeness. I would not hesitate in requesting their services in the future.
Speer Air installed a new central Air unit this spring. Installation crew was always courteous, on time, and professional. During the summer I had an issue with the A/C and a tech was always sent out same day or next morning. The tech, Omar, treated the work like I was family. On the Friday of a holiday weekend he stayed till 10:00 PM to make sure A/C was running optimally.
I have been using Speer Air for over 10 years. Some technicians deserve a shout out - Omar is great! He explained everything in detail, showed me how dirty my AC unit was (and cleaned), and spent time checking the system out - just like it should be done. I appreciate his time and considerate approach!
Speer installed my ducted air-conditioning system in 2017, and I arrange for them to maintain the system annually. Their technicians are always courteous and knowledgeable. Today, Sam went above and beyond by also assisting me with my dryer vent and ensuring that I have the A/C filter information, should I wish to order my own filters in the future. I'm glad to be supporting an honest, customer-oriented business.
