This was our first family trip to Pigeon Forge and you couldn't find a better person to introduce us to fun activities than Jennifer at Speedzone. We bought Ultimate passes for the entire family and they had a blast for multiple days. We kept skipping between tracks and everytime she saw my son, she made a point to ask him if he was having a great time. Employees like Jennifer are the reason people come back. We definitely will be back on our next trip!!!
I came in the other day and was having a really bad day and my kids were being obnoxious but the manager sean made the experince worth it. Ill 100% be back.
We had a great time. Purchased the Ultimate Park Pass and had fun go karting at the multiple locations during the day and at night. Jennifer at the front desk at SpeedZone was patient and helpful with helping us choose the best option for our group.
