Entered my card details for an order that came up as $256 on their website, $270 roughly for the total to include tax/fees...When I receive the receipt it shows a $399 charge for shipping and another $46 state tax that did not show before I made the order. Not acceptable. I immediately call in to cancel, but now it's going to take "several days for the refund to be processed by my card company". Joke, waste of time trash. Fix your website.
We are very happy with our transaction with Speedy's Used Parts. We needed to replace the door window glass in our Subaru so we ordered a salvaged replacement from Speedy's. They quickly shipped the glass in a sturdy box with plenty of padding. The item was well described on the website so we could confirm it was the exact part we needed and it was fairly priced. The item arrived as advertised and we were able to install the glass and get the car back in shape. Thank you for the great service.
They charge the same price as a new part. I asked for a part anyway because I needed it the same day. It takes 30 minutes to remove it. I was told 5 days to have it pulled. In response to the owner's response: The owner actually validated what i said, so it is absolutely true. If you advertise the parts online, then they should be ready...or at least in the near future.
