Zero stars. I hired this company for a deep cleaning. Specified what I wanted done, and signed a contract that was countersigned by the company. The cleaner they sent was late, had no idea what the job was, did not complete the work, and didn't attempt to do most of it. The work she did was of extremely poor quality. The company solicited feedback, which I provided. They offered one free hour of cleaning, which would not at all cover everything that would need to be redone, or done for the first time.
