I have come to NH every Summer and always liked going to this place weekly. Things are different this year. Every week there’s another washer out of order in addition to several that have been out of order for some time. This week I decided I had enough. I found a great place in Concord that was pristine and had all new equipment plus a separate room for folding and relaxing. Bonus was a restroom on premises which Alton does not have. Everytime I come here , machines are not working, leaking, it won't take a debit card. It reads system error. Constant. What a shame.
