The manager, Michael, will take care of you with any issues. Solid wash for a great price. Highly recommended
The premium wash does not clean the vehicle completely and leaves an oily residue on the bottom of the vehicle. One of my front wheels was damaged badly during my last visit and even after reporting the damage, not one contact from the company regarding the issue. Wheels are $500 each, and a $15 car wash (that wasn’t even a great wash) is now costing me almost $700 after the cost of mounting and balancing a new wheel. This is unacceptable.
