Waited the entire one hour window. Only one to call last minute and be told to cancel. Missing an important appointment. Medical rides are just that, medical. They require reliability. I personally will never book again and I suggest you look into other options.
Left me stranded in StPaul for my medical ride for over an hour. When you call they either won’t talk to you at all or they say they’re on their way when obviously they are not.
The rep who I spoke to when I called was very apologetic I will say, but with that said Ucare insurance should find a better transportation co. The 1st week was no show at all, today was 45 Minutes late for pick up and never even showed back up to pick my 17 y.o daughter up from her appt to bring her home even though they confirmed 3 p.m.. So after about 40 minutes and no ride, the office that her appointment was at actually called the company and said they could have somebody out within a half an hour. Worst transportation I ever seen my life don’t ever set up them for transportation I regret setting them up at the first place I highly don’t recommend
