The rep who I spoke to when I called was very apologetic I will say, but with that said Ucare insurance should find a better transportation co. The 1st week was no show at all, today was 45 Minutes late for pick up and never even showed back up to pick my 17 y.o daughter up from her appt to bring her home even though they confirmed 3 p.m.. So after about 40 minutes and no ride, the office that her appointment was at actually called the company and said they could have somebody out within a half an hour. Terrible - called to confirm ride 2 days prior to appointment. They confirmed ride date and time. Did not show up and called them to ask if the ride was coming I was told that they would check and call me back in 5 minutes. Didn't call. I called them back and they said they couldn't get hold of the driver. Was again told they would call me back in 5mn. Called them AGAIN. Was told driver was busy with another client and couldn't pick us up
