Wish I could give zero stars. The PA distinctly stated to hold funds for final water bill. They never ordered the final water bill and told us there wasn’t one at closing. Two weeks later a bill for over 9k showed up! The seller is long gone and they claimed since we signed a hold harmless clause they are not responsible ALTHOUGH they didn’t do the very thing they were hired to do.
