Great staff extremely helpful. Even for people with disabilities this is where you should go
Charging $220 a closing processing fee to a buyer on cash sale after charging $525 for title and closing services. All for a property that cost $9500 total. This is same cost as getting a lender’s title insurance on a 100k property in a different title company. Services rendered does not meet the cost of using speedy. I can see on the reviews how background checks are even missed after charging this high. Beware of the miscellaneous charges on this one.
Wish I could give zero stars. The PA distinctly stated to hold funds for final water bill. They never ordered the final water bill and told us there wasn’t one at closing. Two weeks later a bill for over 9k showed up! The seller is long gone and they claimed since we signed a hold harmless clause they are not responsible ALTHOUGH they didn’t do the very thing they were hired to do.
