I was referred by my sister. I filed 2022 and 2023 taxes with them. 2023 they made a mistake with my taxes and told me I would not be getting a tax refund. I spoke with the CA state tax people and they were able to fix the errors made by speedy taxes and get my full refund. I paid $170 for them to file my taxes and for their “special package” which covers errors and being audited, just for them to write me of via text message and tell me I won’t be getting a refund instead of figuring out the issue and fixing it.
