Not on the ball at all! We wanted to have some plumbing work done at our house, to relocate a washer. We called Speedy Stones out and had them give us an estimate, that was over two weeks ago! He has never gotten back to us, he was very rude and didnt seem like he knew what he was doing. I would not recommend them at all.
bad business This place is horrible. The first sign should have been how desperate the owner was to get any business. The second sign should have been the bad reviews on google and yelp. When we were quoted a ridicioulous rate and decided to go with another business they decided to call the city and let them know our remodel was being done without a permit. Stay away from these people.
Rude! Rude! Rude! spoke with Denis who's the owner of the company. i had wanted to get a free estimate for replacing a broken sink in my masterbath. he was very unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. he didn't even call me back when our conversation got cut off. AVOID them if you can!
