Speedy Sticks is a company involved in extremely unethical and poor business practices. Please try to avoid at all costs. We ordered an expedited COVID test for travel purposes, which they market as a 1-2 day turnaround time at a cost of $150 a piece. We received the results 7 days later, and only after contacting them. Customer service was non-existent, even borderline rude. They even refused to offer any kind of reimbursement. Avoid this company at all costs - visit your local covid clinic instead.
I wish I could give this place 0 Stars. They want to charge $400 for $10 test that is even free down the street at Tropicana Field. It’s a simple cash grab in the midst of a pandemic. it is a rat faced operation. They don’t have any procedure or protocol.
