Great service, Results came back in time very satisfied
I booked a Covid test for travel with Speedy Sticks. They told me I would receive the results within 24h. at 9am on the Friday, the nurse came to take my partner and I's sample. 9am on the Saturday we did not have our results. We had to call customer service several times, with no change or answer. Finally we had to contact the lab directly, who told us they only received one sample, not two. Just called to make an appointment for a COVID test. After the 3 attempt to get to get to a person (the system sent me to an unusable voicemail system) the person I finally spoke to said they aren’t servicing the area.
