We needed air conditioning service on our new 2024 Fleetwood Fortis 32 RW. We tried the local Ford dealer but no call back. RV Complete set us up with Miguel. He was fantastic, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. he jumped on the problem as soon as we arrived. Miguel diagnosed the problem-Ford or RV dealer did not add freon to the new engine. Hard to believe. Miguel like finding an oasis in a desert of unhelpful repair shops. we were on our way in 45 minutes!!
