Great service from start to finish. Stefanie was helpful on the phone when I called with a broken heater. She helped me work out the best plan and booked me in when it suited best. Daniel was on time, the live tracking worked well so I had time to put the dog outside prior to his arrival. He checked the heating and the roof and quickly found the problem and rectified it. Efficient & friendly hot water unit replacement by Daniel.
Our ducted heating needed emergency attendance. I rang Speedy services in morning and was told Daniel would be here between 2 and 4 pm. Very punctual and received sms before arrival so I could track his arrival if I wanted. This was a Friday had new heating system installed on Monday. Couldn’t ask for better service from both Plumber and receptionist. Thank you.
