Great service from start to finish. Stefanie was helpful on the phone when I called with a broken heater. She helped me work out the best plan and booked me in when it suited best. Daniel was on time, the live tracking worked well so I had time to put the dog outside prior to his arrival. He checked the heating and the roof and quickly found the problem and rectified it. Our ducted heating needed emergency attendance. I rang Speedy services in morning and was told Daniel would be here between 2 and 4 pm. Very punctual and received sms before arrival so I could track his arrival if I wanted. This was a Friday had new heating system installed on Monday. Couldn’t ask for better service from both Plumber and receptionist. Thank you.
