(Speedy to quit, couldn't be Ruder) Speedy Rooter is the business name. This plumber hurriedly walked off the job claiming he doesn't do drain cleaning. I'm not sure why they would schedule me for drain cleaning service they can not provide, when it's literally the first service listed on the website. After the incident, I contacted the office to inquire if it was even their plumber who had walked off, they just simply said, "Yes it was" without any sort of explanation or apology.

They said they would be at my house between 9 or 10 came after 11 which was OK since my husband stayed home to meet them. My complaint is when I got home from work my basement stunk, and I had to clean feces up behind my recliner in my basement, where they opened the stand pipe from my toilet. So glad I have a working toilet, just wish there wasn’t so much mess.
