This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a business. The front desk is completely unresponsive—no one ever answers the phone or replies to any messages. We followed their instructions to provide a 24-hour notice before scheduling transport or rescheduling , yet when we called to confirm, there was no one available to assist us.
