He informed us that our main drain was entirely useless and had soemthing completely solid in it like someone had blocked it off. He also said he could only get about 2 ft into our pipes and we were going to have to hammer out our basement floor to fix it. We ask what the cost would be and when he could start fixing it and he said he would have to get back to us on that and we never heard another word.
