I arrived at 9:45am and they opened the doors before 10am, they opened up and they were going to be super busy today but they fixed my tire before they started work for me. We all chatted while my tire was being fixed. Amazing place and it will be the only place I go for all my bike/ebike needs. Thanks guys for all the help this morning.
I had a scooter that needed fixing and reached out to see if this was the place to help me repair it. I heard back from them quickly and even though they weren't able to do the repair themselves, they took the time to suggest who I should reach out to in order to get it fixed. Feels like a rarity to have a business help you out even though they aren't directly benefiting from giving you their time. Very much appreciated the gesture since I think it is a strong reflection of the level of service to expect from them.
Went to Speedy Petes to buy a Yamaha YDX. Was told they could not order one and I would need to place my order on line with Yamaha and it would be shipped to them. I borrowed the money, placed my order and paid online with Yamaha. A week goes by and I have not heard from Yamaha or Speedy Petes regarding my order. We rented 2 ebikes for 4 hours and explored multiple trails around Lincoln. It was such a good time. The rental bikes were amazing and have good battery life. The staffs were super friendly and kind. 10/10 recommend for things to do in Lincoln.
My boyfriend has been talking about getting an e bike for awhile now. We went into Speedy Pete’s and talked to Doug and his team. Doug let us test some out. Never once had I thought about getting one but after talking to the knowledgeable staff I was ready to buy one that day!! Doug spent so much time with us and was so personable and kind. We will be back to buy our E-bikes in the near future and will be buying them from Speedy Pete’s. The service is amazing here! Definitely recommend!
