Sean was able to accommodate our very short timeline for what turned out to be a false positive test for mould. We found out the night before he was due to travel to our home that we didn't have the mould problem and he graciously cancelled our appointment and gave us a full refund on our deposit. We recommend him on the basis of his honourable and professional response to the situation!
Dealing with mould and moisture issues as a strata can be pretty stressful, but Sean and the Speedy team has made this very easy with quick and responsive service. They also provided great information about the current state of our attic spaces as well as recommendations for economical improvements to help us prevent mould from reoccurring and extend the life of our property. All in all, highly recommended.
